Nicholas P. Sardelis graduated from Michigan State University – Detroit College of Law in June of 1974. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 1969.
Mr. Sardelis is admitted to The Florida Bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Sarasota County Bar Association.
Nicholas P. Sardelis has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and family law litigation. Mr. Sardelis focuses his practice in the areas of complex divorce litigation and civil litigation.
Mr. Sardelis has been practicing law in Sarasota County, Florida since 1984 and has represented clients throughout the State of Florida.
